International:
$22 Tracked Delivery.

Dispatch & Delivery times:
I aim to dispatch all items within 5-7 days of accepting your order (except custom orders).
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed. It can take up to 7 extra business days during holidays and busy periods. You will be notified by email once your goods have been dispatched. All orders will be sent by SingPost.
Returns
I want you to be delighted with your order, but if you are not, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Please contact me at hello@annastrophe.com within 14 days of delivery, and I will advise you further.
Unless your items are faulty or delivered in error, you will be liable for the return costs. Returned goods should be securely packed, and I recommend that they are returned by recorded delivery.
Should the returned items be in a re-saleable condition, a refund will be provided within 21 days of the goods’ receipt.
Please note, due to the nature of these articles, unless they arrive damaged or defective, returns are not accepted for custom or personalised orders.
